2. Products and Product Presentation
SLOUGHI BY OSKAR NEO creates contemporary garments with a focus on craftsmanship, individuality, and limited production.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations may occur between individual pieces. Differences in texture, colour, finish, or construction may arise from the materials and artisanal production methods used.
Such variations are considered part of the character and uniqueness of each garment and do not constitute a defect.
Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor differences between displayed images and the final product may occur depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and material characteristics.
3. Made-to-Order Production
Many products offered by SLOUGHI BY OSKAR NEO are produced on a made-to-order basis.
This means that garments are created specifically following the customer's order rather than being taken from available inventory.
Made-to-order production allows us to maintain limited quantities, reduce unnecessary production, and dedicate individual craftsmanship to each piece.
For made-to-order products, production generally requires approximately 1–4 weeks before shipment. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, complexity of the garment, order volume, or other circumstances related to handcrafted production.
By placing an order for a made-to-order product, the customer acknowledges and accepts this production process and the associated waiting period.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
By completing an order through our website, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation email does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order. A purchase contract is formed when SLOUGHI BY OSKAR NEO accepts the order or begins processing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

suspected fraudulent activity;

inability to fulfil the order;

circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method.

SLOUGHI BY OSKAR NEO currently ships within the European Union only.
Delivery times consist of:

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Additional costs resulting from incorrect address information may be charged to the customer.
