Returns

As most of our garments are individually made to order, we generally do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Each piece is created specifically for the customer rather than being taken from existing stock. For this reason, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

• the item arrives damaged or defective;
• you receive the wrong item; or
• we are legally required to accept a return under applicable consumer protection laws.

To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oskarneojankowski@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Items must remain unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Made-to-Order Products

The majority of our products are made specifically after your order is placed. Because these garments are produced exclusively for you, they are considered made-to-order items and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable except where required by law or in the event of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Production begins shortly after an order is confirmed. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Exchanges

As each garment is individually produced, we do not offer exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at oskarneojankowski@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

European Union Customers

For customers within the European Union, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Where an item has been made to your specifications or is clearly personalized or produced specifically for your order, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

If a product does not fall within these exceptions, your legal rights under applicable law remain unchanged.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a defective product, shipping error, or another legally valid reason, we will notify you once your return has been inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times by banks or payment providers may vary.
